SKYGROUP / THE CALCULATION

What is behind the numbers?

Cleaning formula

Area ÷ facility productivity + occupancy workload + additional tasks = time per clean. Time × frequency × hourly service rate = monthly service price. Selected supplies, equipment and VAT are added separately. Rates already include coordination. With a timetable: period duration × people × working days per month. Periods are added together; cleaning frequency does not multiply scheduled hours again.

Maintenance formula

Offices require one daytime technician per commenced 1,500 m². Add technicians, electricians and duty posts as needed. Daytime staffing prices follow hours and days; each duty post uses a four-person rotation. Routine care performed within qualified onsite staff hours is not charged twice. Additional specialist work, materials and VAT are separate.

Model assumptions

A month is 52 ÷ 12 weeks; minimum attendance is 0.75 hours per clean. Facility productivity varies between 120–350 m²/hour, or 650 m²/hour for a warehouse floor scrubber. These are planning assumptions, not guaranteed work standards. High use increases time and cleaning chemicals by 25%. Guest rooms allow 0.35 hours each; automatic staffing uses an eight-hour planning window. Staffing requires at least one cleaner per started 300 m² in automatic, manual and scheduled modes. Pricing uses working time and selected consumables, without a fixed minimum.

Hygiene = (employees + visitors × 0.35) × working days per month × unit cost. Cleaning chemicals depend on area, facility factor and cleaning frequency. Disabled supply options add no cost.

The final scope is confirmed on site

Includes recurring cleaning, scheduled technical visits or onsite technicians for the selected coverage hours. Specialist tasks, spare parts, calls outside coverage hours, work at height and mandatory testing are quoted separately. 24/7 coverage does not mean unlimited repairs or every technical specialism.
